At OG Multiservices & Colony Store, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy carefully, as it varies depending on whether the purchase was made locally or shipped.

Local Purchases (In-Store / Local Pickup)

Items purchased locally may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

The product must be in perfect, unused, and resalable condition.

Food items, perfumes, colognes, fragrances, and similar personal items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers must bring the item back to our physical location along with proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Shipped Orders

If your order was shipped, you may return the product by mailing it back to us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product price.
