Document Review:
All documents submitted for notary services (in-person or RON) must be reviewed and approved before an appointment is confirmed.

Valid Identification:
Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. For RON services, ID must also be uploaded in advance.

Signer Requirements:
All signers must appear in person (for in-person notary) or on camera (for RON). The notary cannot notarize documents on behalf of someone not present.

United States Requirement for RON:
Remote Online Notarization is only available for signers physically located within the United States at the time of the appointment.

Accuracy of Information:
You certify that all information provided on this form is accurate. Any false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the service.

Fees & Payment:
Service fees must be paid before or at the time of the appointment. Travel fees, printing fees, and mailing fees may apply depending on the request.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in additional charges or loss of deposit (if applicable).

No Legal Advice:
OG Multiservices does not provide legal advice. The notary only verifies identity and witnesses signatures.

Document Completion:
All documents must be fully completed before the appointment. Notaries cannot fill out forms or provide guidance on how to complete legal documents.

Privacy:
All personal information and documents submitted are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing notary services.
