OG AI is a messaging assistant operated by OG Multiservices LLC. Users who have interacted with OG AI through WhatsApp may request deletion of personal information associated with their interactions with our service.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To request deletion of your personal information associated with OG AI, please send an email to:

For your protection, OG Multiservices LLC may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that the request is being made by the person associated with the relevant account or conversation.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, OG Multiservices LLC will take reasonable steps to delete personal information associated with the requester from systems under our control, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.
Some information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, maintain required business records, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security of our services.
Information processed independently by third-party platforms, including WhatsApp or Meta, may be subject to those companies' own data-retention and deletion practices.

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
