OG AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OG AI, an automated messaging assistant operated by OG Multiservices LLC (“OG Multiservices,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By communicating with or using OG AI through WhatsApp or another supported communication channel, you agree to these Terms.

1. About OG AI

OG AI is an automated assistant designed to help users communicate with OG Multiservices LLC.

OG AI may assist with general inquiries, provide information about available services, collect information necessary to understand a user's request, provide status or procedural information when available, and facilitate communication with OG Multiservices LLC personnel.

OG AI may use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to understand messages and generate responses.

2. No Professional Advice

Information provided by OG AI is for general informational and customer-service purposes.

Unless expressly confirmed by an appropriately qualified professional, responses generated by OG AI should not be considered legal, immigration, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.

OG AI may make mistakes, misunderstand a question, or provide incomplete or outdated information.

Users are responsible for reviewing important information and obtaining professional assistance when appropriate.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

OG Multiservices LLC is not a law firm, and communication with OG AI does not create an attorney-client relationship.

OG AI should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney regarding legal rights, immigration matters, court proceedings, deadlines, or other legal matters.

4. User Responsibilities

When using OG AI, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when requesting assistance.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Avoid attempting to interfere with, damage, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to OG AI or its supporting systems.
Avoid using OG AI to transmit malicious software, fraudulent content, threats, or unlawful material.

You are responsible for the information and documents you voluntarily submit through the service.

5. Sensitive Information

Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp or OG AI.

Do not send passwords, complete payment card information, banking credentials, or other authentication credentials through OG AI.

When sensitive documentation is necessary for a service, OG Multiservices LLC may provide instructions for an appropriate method of submission.

6. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

OG AI may operate through the WhatsApp Business Platform and may rely on third-party technology providers for messaging, hosting, artificial intelligence, storage, security, and related infrastructure.

Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of WhatsApp and Meta.

OG Multiservices LLC is not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

7. Artificial Intelligence

Some responses from OG AI may be generated automatically using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

For matters requiring individualized review or professional judgment, users should request assistance from a human representative.

8. Human Assistance

OG AI may transfer, flag, or recommend a conversation for review by an authorized representative of OG Multiservices LLC.

Users may also request human assistance during a conversation when appropriate.

Availability and response times may vary.

9. Availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of OG AI at any time.

We do not guarantee that OG AI will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or communication platform.

10. Privacy

Information processed through OG AI is subject to the OG AI Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed, how information may be used, and how users may request deletion of their information.

11. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with their interactions with OG AI.

Certain information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate recordkeeping, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OG Multiservices LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use OG AI.

Users should independently verify information when a decision could have significant legal, financial, immigration, tax, or other consequences.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to OG AI, our services, technology, or applicable requirements.

Continued use of OG AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
