1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the OG Multiservices LLC ("OG," "we," "us," or "our") website or engaging any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

OG provides income tax preparation, ITIN/Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) services, certified translations, notary services (New Jersey, and select Texas locations), immigration document preparation and assistance, NJ Driver License assistance, and professional education through OG Academy. The exact scope of each engagement is described on the relevant service page or in the intake you complete.

3. Not Legal Advice — OG Is Not a Law Firm

OG Multiservices LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. Our immigration-related services are limited to document preparation and translation assistance. We help you organize, complete, and prepare documents and forms based on the information you give us; we do not evaluate your legal eligibility, represent you before any court or agency, or guarantee any outcome. If you need legal advice or representation, you should consult a licensed attorney.

4. Account Registration and Security

Some services require a My OG Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are described on the relevant service page, communicated to you directly by our staff, or presented as a price estimate that we confirm with you before final billing, depending on the service. Online payments are processed through our payment processor, Square; you may also pay by other methods we accept and record. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as we agree in writing or as required by law.

6. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide to us. We prepare your tax return, application, translation, or document based on what you give us; we are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information you supply.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Decisions on tax filings, ITIN applications, immigration petitions, driver license applications, and similar matters are made by the relevant government agency (such as the IRS, USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission), not by OG. We do not guarantee approval, a particular processing time, or any other outcome.

8. OG Academy

Course content made available through OG Academy is for your own educational use and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell course materials without our written permission. Certificates of completion reflect completion of our course content and are not a professional license or government credential.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to submit false or fraudulent information, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the security or normal operation of our website, or to violate any applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Multiservices LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from a government agency's decision on a filing we helped you prepare. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or a service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using our services at any time; fees already incurred for work performed remain due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
