1. Introduction

OG Multiservices LLC ("OG," "we," "us," or "our") provides tax preparation, ITIN/Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) services, certified translations, notary services, immigration document preparation assistance, and professional education through OG Academy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

OG Multiservices LLC is not a law firm. We provide document preparation and translation services, not legal representation, and nothing in this policy should be read as legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on which services you use, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact information — name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and similar details you provide when creating an account or starting a service.
  • Government identifiers — Social Security Number, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Alien Registration Number, USCIS online account number, or similar identifiers, only when the service you request requires them (for example, an ITIN application or a tax return).
  • Documents you upload or provide — passports, birth certificates, immigration documents, tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.), and other supporting documents needed to prepare or translate the item you requested.
  • Financial information — information needed to prepare a tax return or, for a refund direct deposit, bank routing and account numbers. Refund bank details are stored encrypted and are only ever shown to you and to authorized OG staff in masked form.
  • Payment information — when you pay online, your card is processed directly by our payment processor, Square; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Account and usage information — your login credentials (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), the pages you visit, and the forms you complete on our site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare and deliver the service you requested (tax return, ITIN application, translation, notarization, immigration document preparation, or course access);
  • Communicate with you about your case, application, or order, including status updates and requests for additional documents;
  • Verify your identity where required (for example, as an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent);
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records;
  • Improve our services and website; and
  • Comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations that apply to our business.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to provide the service you requested, for example:

  • With government agencies your submission is intended for — such as the IRS, USCIS, or the U.S. Department of State — when you ask us to prepare a filing or application for that agency;
  • With our payment processor, Square, to process a payment you initiate;
  • With our email service provider, solely to deliver account and service-related emails to you; and
  • When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure password storage, encryption of particularly sensitive data such as refund bank details, and access controls limiting who at OG can view your file. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our own recordkeeping obligations (including tax and immigration document preparation recordkeeping practices), and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete information that we are not otherwise required to keep — see "Your Rights and Choices" below.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to reasonable requests, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; where a dependent's or child's information appears in a filing (for example, on a tax return or immigration petition), it is provided by the adult client responsible for that filing.

9. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in) and, where enabled, analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
