A certified birth certificate translation is a complete English version of everything on your birth certificate — names, dates, places, registry numbers, stamps and notes — with a signed certification that the translation is accurate. It is normally submitted together with a copy of the original. People most often need one for immigration filings such as a family petition or an adjustment of status, and for passport, school and court requests.

Will this translation be accepted by USCIS?
The office that receives your document decides whether to accept it, so we cannot promise that. Each translation we prepare is complete and comes with a signed certification of accuracy. Requirements differ between USCIS, schools, courts and the NJ MVC — confirm what the receiving office asks for if you are unsure.
How long does it take to get my translation?
It depends on the document, its length and how busy we are. We review what you send and give you a price and an estimate before we start; if you have a deadline, tell us on WhatsApp so we can say whether it is possible.
Do I need to send the original document?
No — a clear photo or scan of your birth certificate is enough for us to prepare the translation.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All documents you share with us are handled confidentially and are only used to prepare your translation.
Does it matter whether I send the short or the long version of my birth certificate?
